KIDNEY YANG WARMING SOUP (Winter Healing Guide)
Ingredients:
1 leek, sliced
1 fennel bulb, chopped
1 small piece dried kelp
1 cup mushrooms (shiitake or mixed), sliced
1 cup fresh or dried mountain yam (nagaimo or shanyao)
3 cups water or broth
3 tbsp coconut aminos or shoyu
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients for 30–40 minutes until ingredients soften.
